Our metal pricing is based on Imperial Smelting’s casting grain rates

Silver is typically $2.50 and $0.35 for bronze per gram

Wax injection fees not included in labor charges, or if sprue’s needed for multiple silver castings.

*$1.00 up to $5 per injection.
*Complex sprue or complex injections may be higher.

Labor cost on bringing in your own metal is 3x. Casting with outside metal may not be as good because we aren’t testing your metal for impurities and are casting it as is. If the casting doesn’t work, or has any porosity you will still be charged the labor fee and we aren’t responsible for any wax replication. However for casting/creating a ring that is sentimental or from a loved one we at least offer that as a service to isolate it.

The Flask fee for casting metal provided to us is triple labor as it’s more work to isolate the item, keep the metal separate, takes up more space in the oven and cast in its own flask, account for the gold, etc.

We can take the gold/metal as payment against what we cast as an alternative.
